When you start working out, you cannot expect to have your muscles get hardy in a week only or a few days. Getting an athletic body requires you to have a certain degree of patience about what you are doing. That way, you can be able to work out without focusing so much on the progress but the effort you are putting into it. Then one day, some dude will walk up to you and say ‘damn, you been working out?’

When you are working out and trying to catch up with peers who are already athletic, they are going to mock and sometimes put out stuff that would make you feel insecure and discouraged. The best thing to do is ignore them and try focus. When it happened to me, I ignored them and instead focused on becoming better than they were just to show them that I could come from behind to overtake them.

  1. Change The Diet

When you are training, you will need to have a diet that maximizes on giving you the desired results. That will include the best balanced meals, energy foods and bodybuilding food. You need to eat more vegetables and fruits. That way, you can get the best results in no time.

When you are training, you need to have a schedule that has the exact number of the things that you are supposed to do in a day and then execute all of them as you should. Sticking to a certain regimen helps you achieve your goals faster because that way, you are assured of what the results will be.

When it comes to being a good athlete, you will need discipline, focus, mental energy and the will to keep going even when things don’t look so good. That way, you build up your endurance and try again and again to get your opening.
